A Poem
"The Bridge Builder" by Will Allen Dromgoole
An old man, going a lone highway,
Came at the evening, cold and gray,
To a chasm, vast and deep and wide,
Through which was flowing a sullen tide.
The old man crossed in the twilight dim,
The sullen stream had no fears for him;
But he turned when safe on the other side
And built a bridge to span the tide.
"Old man," said a fellow pilgram near,
"You are wasting strength with building here;
Your journey will end with the ending day;
You never again must pass this way;
You have crossed the chasm, deep and wide-
Why build you the bridge at the eventide?"
The builder lifted his old gray head:
"Good friend, in the path I have come," he said,
"There followeth after me today
A youth whose feet must pass this way.
This chasm that has been naught to me
To that fair-haired youth may a pitfall be.
He, too, must cross in the twilight dim;
Good friend, I am the bridge for him."
I first read this poem in the January 2008 Ensign. I really liked it and I noticed that Dan had it highlighted when he read it. Even Daniel thought it was good to. Hope you all enjoy it too.

Clouds
This one Daniel and I agreed that looks kind of like fish scales.
This one just seems so peaceful.
The last three were taken before a storm hit in June. Daniel came running into the living room and said that something was on fire outside. So we all ran out to see and discovered these awesome looking clouds.

Daniel & Hayden at Powerplay
My sister Rosie and I took Daniel and Hayden (my nephew) to Powerplay on their last day of school. We thought it would be a better place to go for two boys who are going into Jr. High and Middle school coming up.

This is my newest nephew, Michael Isaiah (he is 2 months old here.)!
