 We bought Daniel a new suit. Actually this is his first suit! He was excited to have one and to wear it to church on Sunday! This first picture I told him to smile and then he could be silly!

Thanksgiving Cards 2011

Here are my Thanksgiving cards for our family and friends for this year! I always feel like I'm going crazy trying to come up with ideas so close! I almost forgot that Thanksgiving was right around the corner! Now onto Christmas cards!

Our New Headboard

Dan and I had been talking about making a headboard for our bed but never really did anything else about it other than talk about our plans. Well, a few weeks ago Dan had a week off from work and spent his time making our headboard! I think he did an awesome job!

Daniel Turns 15!!

 Daniel actully turned 15 at the end of July! I just got around to blogging it!

 He got a new cell phone! He jokes that he is part of the cool club because he has one like ours!

Daniel as a Pioneer

Daniel left this morning to our church's youth conference. They were heading to a cattle ranch and will be living like the pioneers for the next few days. Here he is in his outfit! He is excited to go. But we will see how excited he will be when he has to pull handcarts to their next destination!

This one was for a cousins wedding. The hard part of making cards is coming up with new ideas. Thank goodness for magazines out there to help me find new ideas!

Michael Turns 3!

My nephew Michael turned 3 earlier this week. His birthday party was yesterday! This is his cake that his mom (my sister) made! Michael really likes Mickey Mouse! Here is the birthday boy and his cheesy smile (really, it is a cheesy smile from eating cheese puffs)!

REALLY!!

In a few days March will turn into April and it has decided to snow on this day! Really! I was wanting warm spring weather, not snow and cold, gray weather!

These were taken about 5 in the evening. It had been snowing for at least an hour before that and it still is snowing about 2 hours after these pictures were taken. Hopefully it will be all gone tomorrow!

Daniel has been taking a culinary prep class this semester at school and has been wanting to cook more at home! I'm fine with that! I'm all for letting someone else cook dinner for me! Tonight he made Italian Sausage Rigatoni! It was yummy!

Kansas City Blizzard 2011

The first 2 pictures were taken in our backyard on the 1st of February during the blizzard.
